MEMBER DATABASE

Because members are the heart of an organization, the Member Database is the heart of the Chamber Nation system. It drives membership growth with proven systems, member management & billing, generates reports, creates custom access for members to the members' area, communicates with members using multiple communication systems such as drip marketing, eblasts, and more.

CRM/TRACK MEMBERS

The Chamber Nation system makes it very easy to stay in touch with your members and track all communications. The system also allows you to setup reminders to contact a member in the future. Do you work with a team in your organization? The CRM system supports tracking contacts, sales, and recruiting activities of each team member. You can easily gain a quick picture of the history of communication a member, prospect, or lead has received with this powerful feature.

MEMBER ​PROSPECTOR

Member Prospector has been created specifically for the Chamber of Commerce industry to help them educate prospective members on the value of membership. As prospects are informed about the value of membership and they receive the electronic educational content, it is easy to change their status and track them until you are ready to press the "convert to member" button.

PROJECT AND COMMITTEE MANAGEMENT

The Projects / Committees module is a great way to create sub-groups within your membership. Members and admins can be a part of any Project / Committee that you set up. These Project / Committee groups have access to their own file archive, message board, and broadcast email system. Projects / Committees can be set up for a number of different occasions. Leave a Project / Committee unrestricted to start a volunteer campaign, or start a specific group for your board or action committee.


Later, when sending event invitations or broadcast messages, you'll be able to send to any Projects / Committees you've set up. You can even use Project / Committee groups when running reports.

LEGISLATIVE ACTION CENTER

Easily maintain a list of legislators from the Member Database Admin. The "House Members" and "Senate Members" designees are two special record types in the view drop-down. 


As you designate these roles, the Legislation Action Center will appear as a list, along with a URL you can use to promote your new Legislation Action Center in other places. You can post this URL on your website or add it to an email to your contacts.


As people respond, whether online, via email, or other correspondence, the system will track who has contacted which legislator.

VOLUNTEER AUTOMATION

​The volunteer module can be used to keep track of volunteers for your events and also track long-term volunteer credit hours over numerous events.


Volunteer events must first be started by using a calendar event you have created. You can create a new volunteer session directly from a calendar event or by going to the main volunteering admin page.


Volunteer sessions are created with a hierarchical structure. The volunteer session is the overall umbrella for the session and contains the overall start and end date and the volunteer coordinator. Within the session, you may create as many volunteer opportunities as you wish. ​

BOARD MEMBER REPORTING

The system includes a fully automated Board Member Report designed to save hours of work each month and provide powerful insight to the success of your efforts as an organization. With a single click you will see output that is sure to impress your board.

ELECTION MANAGEMENT

The Elections feature allows an admin-level user to create an election with a variety of different questions, and send out emails to the membership to prompt members to complete the election. The election is also posted within the member's area, so those who are granted access can login and complete the election there.

COMMUNICATIONS

Communication are the hub of all successful organizations. Chamber Nation has developed a power house of Integrated broadcast email services and automated drip marketing solutions with analytics. This results in automated campaigns for designated audiences, such as drip marketing to promote member benefits to prospective members, onboarding drip campaigns to new members, broadcast emails to specific event attendees, or triggered response to specific activities, such as elections, ticketing, and more.


  • Integrated newsletter management, multiple template library options with an auto post to website / social networks.
  • Drip marketing with trigger events and scheduled emails is a great way to automate emails based on audience, goals, and specific parameters. Create specific drip campaigns for specific member tiers, plans, or types, which means that you have the ability to automate onboarding, share relevant information based on their plan, or member type, or action triggered events.
  • Survey Automation with reporting and summaries.
  • Integrated FORMS BUILDER for online data collection, public surveys, etc. and storage for history. These forms can also have a fee associated with them to use as an ordering system. Your forms can be embedded into a website, linked in emails, newsletters, drip marketing systems and more, creating a vehicle to acquire data, sign-ups, and more.
  • Media and file center for easy document loading, URL creation for website posting, etc.


BROADCAST ​MESSAGING
The Broadcast Email Message feature allows you to send a simple or elaborate drag-&-drop HTML email to the entire member database, specific groups such as prospects, leads, members who are registered for particular events, or a select few members. This easy to use eblast system includes templates and the ability to save emails you love as templates for future use. You can "send a new message" or "re-send / add recipients" to a message already sent. In addition to the Broadcast Message system, Chamber Nation is designed to send out a variety of other emails such as event invitations, surveys, election emails, and more. We know your goal is to build a sensational list of contacts, so we developed a Bounced Email report, which will indicate which email contacts need attention and a tool to quickly update and/or remove bad email addresses.

CHAMBER MEETINGS (ZOOM INTEGRATION)

Chamber Nation realizes how important it is for Chambers of Commerce to transition over to a Chamber Meeting environment that is powered by ZOOM. To answer this critical need, we have created a terrific tool that will make it much easier to create, register, track and then host your ZOOM meetings right from your Chamber Nation system. CALENDAR
The Calendar of Events feature is one of the most frequently used features in the Chamber Nation system.


It falls under the category of a Content Management Tool, primarily because it automatically generates up-to-date, relevant community content for your website; however, it also fits into the category of a Member Communication Tool because it is integrated with an event invitation system and the Newsletter system where events are imported seamlessly.

This impressive feature is also tied directly to the Attendance module, where ticketing and attendance can be tracked for both events hosted by your organization, as well as for your members. Your Members are able to easily add their own events to the regional calendar system, making your organization the host of a powerful community-wide calendar and multi-organization event publishing system.


The format of the mobile dynamic calendar is very flexible and customizable, allowing for multiple list-type formats and a flexible grid (calendar style) format. If you have special needs for your calendar, feel free to contact us.

ALL COMMUNITY CALENDAR
Sharing is a good thing. With Chamber Nation's syndicated calendar system, you can automate and publish a central calendar for your entire community. You will have the ability to provide calendar code to all of the organizations within your community. Once code is added to their own website, the calendar only shows their events as they would expect; however, it also automatically includes their events on YOUR community calendar and mobile applications, so in the end it serves two purposes. It offers a calendar system for your members and other community organizations and as they enjoy and use the calendar, their calendars build your community-wide calendar seamlessly.

EVENT REGISTRATION (& TICKETING)
The Event Registration module creates an automated registration and ticketing system to sign-up for conferences, conventions, fundraisers, and other community events.​​

When you create an event, you can then:

  • Register attendees
  • Sell tickets
  • Designate a Member as an "Event Admin" to offer registration services to your members
  • Generate registration, attendee, revenue, and other event related reports
  • Use the individual registration link to promote the event on other platforms such as Facebook, Instagram and other social media platforms, calendars and community partners
  • Designate whether event registration is open to the public or exclusive to your members
  • Print sign-in sheets, registration sheets, name tags and more
  • Message registrants / ticketholders with event specific information, changes, and / or any pre-post event information, promotions, etc.
  • Maintain a history of your attendance
  • Auto include attendees to a specific plan to receive any communication campaigns built specifically for that plan


VENDOR / EXHIBITOR REGISTRATION
Chamber Nation's Event Module includes a unique feature designed to support organizations that host conferences, trade events, and conventions. This feature allows you to:


  • Build an interactive event floorplan to scale with individual booths of any size, color, or shape
  • Apply individual prices to each booth
  • Determine booth add-ons for checkout, such as electricity, extra tables, linens, or any additional ancillary fees, or marketing / event add-ons
  • Share a unique URL to a public floorplan to allow exhibitors to self check-out and select their own space. Vendors are able to add their logo to their booth when purchased to give them a little added exposure.
  • Generate revenue, paid/unpaid reports, check-in sheets, name badges, and more
  • Send messages directly to your vendors to communicate event-specific pre & post event information
  • Maintain a history of your past events and duplicate previously built floorplans for your next event, saving you the effort of rebuilding floorplans each time

EVENT STORE
For organizations and event promoters that love to sell gear, or packages for their events, you might find Chamber Nation's Event Store feature is a great way to promote your event. For instance, if you were hosting a mountain women's retreat, you might include fun gear that attendees can purchase like shirts, water bottles, and other swag, or if you were hosting a golf tourney, perhaps selling sponsorship packages would be the focal point. For these types of events, it might be great to have an "event store" where visitors select from an image and package title with description of the sponsorship level, or size options for t-shirts and "add them to a cart for checkout" rather than purchasing a ticket, or a booth. Checkout is super easy and you are immediately alerted when someone has purchased a particular item so you can get started with your sponsorship setup, or purchase order / delivery of swag products.

There is an additional option in “Category Specific, Top of member directory search results”. After placing the ad you will be given the option to associate the ad with a category search. For example a Doctor can have advertising at the top of the medical category, and a restaurant can have an ad at the top of the dining category.

"THINGS TO DO" CENTER

Typically Chambers of Commerce like to promote their communities as areas where there are fun things to do. We think doing this shouldn't cost extra and the module is fully integrated into your membership management system.

MOBILE TEXTING COMMUNICATIONS
That is an amazing value and the absolute simplest, easily understood mobile communication system ever!

We integrate a widget into your website that allows people to subscribe to the mobile channels you have created. When you have news to share, enter it and choose the channel of the subscribers you want it to be delivered to. It doesn't get easier than that.

DONATION ​AUTOMATION
If your organization takes donations, whether they are monetary or material, you can manage both with the Donations and Wishlist Module.

With the Resource Reservations module you can reserve & track usage of equipment, conference rooms, projectors, or anything that you allow your members to use for a limited time.

CHAMBER STORE
The Chamber Store feature allows you to manage an online catalog of items, swag, sponsorship packages, or other commodities for public or member-exclusive purchases. If you have a credit card merchant account, Stripe, Square, or paypal account integrated with your Chamber Nation account, it will be automatically configured for the Chamber Store feature.

MULTIPLE CHAMBER SYSTEMS (OPTIONAL)
Multiple Chamber Nation Systems is an exclusive platform add-on that some may find very helpful, especially if you have nearby Chambers that want to remain independent, but share central bookkeeping services, handle single registration for cooperative events, regionalize recreational assets, and much more.

SILENT AUCTION

This module allows you to create online silent auctions, each consisting of multiple items. You’ll find the admin area for Silent Auctions in the admin menu under the Website submenu. This page lists all of your ongoing, completed, and upcoming auctions. You can change which are displayed using the View links above the list.

Member Designations

Now you can assign special designations to your members directory listings. A star appears on the member directory listing and when pressed all of their special member designations appear.

Community eCards

Amazing program that costs nothing to implement unlike many others and it runs through the traditional Mastercard network so no extra equipment is required of your members.
